Dayspring Square’s Grand Opening was held on January 24, 2013. The newly renovated building houses a state-of-the-art Head Start Center, 5,000 square feet of office space, 22 affordable housing units and a brand new playground. Formerly a vacant school building and lot, the facility now offers seventeen two bedroom and five three bedroom units affordable for families that are active participants in the Dayspring Housing Program. Funding for the renovations consisted of a mix of lending and generous donations from the community.
